Returns

At MYN2O, we offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn or unused
  • With original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

⚠️ Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at office@myn2o.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care or hygiene items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order separately for the desired item.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must meet the same conditions:

  • Unused and unworn
  • Original tags and packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days
  • Banks or card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund
