Refunds Policy
At MYN2O, we accept returns within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all original packaging intact. Once approved, we will issue a refund for the product amount only, excluding original shipping and return shipping costs.

 

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at office@myn2o.com with your order number and clear photos of the item’s condition. Each case is reviewed individually, and we will work with you to reach a fair and satisfactory resolution.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your payment provider.
